Mitch and his wife Amber grew up on Long Island in New York. From there, they headed west. First to Michigan, where Mitch spent 8 years as the Youth Pastor of Celebration Bible Church in Grandville. In 2021 he joined us here in Spokane at Waypoint, where he served for 3 years as youth pastor before switching roles to lead pastor. Some of Mitch’s passions include gaming (both tabletop and video games), comic books, podcasting, fishing, and gardening. But above all, Mitch’s desire is to strive to live a life following the teachings of Jesus, and to help create a desire in others to want to do the same.

Marc and his wife McKenzie have been attending Waypoint for over two decades. They met here as children and later in life fell in love. They now have two amazing kids, Mason and Maizie. Marc attended Grace Bible College from 2009 - 2013. After graduation, Marc interned at Grace Bible Fellowship in Jenison, MI, for a year. After that, Marc moved back to Spokane and came back to Waypoint. Marc has had a passion for ministry since 5th grade and knew that was what God was calling him to do. Marc is very excited to work with the Youth Group as Youth ministry is a big passion for him.

Stephanie has attended Waypoint since 1997 and joined the staff team in 2015 after years of being a stay-at-home mom. She attended Trend Business College and has a background of administrative excellence. Stephanie and her husband Shannon have 2 boys. They like to spend as much time together as a family as possible, and enjoy movie nights and playing games.
