Faith Promise Cards: We are collecting faith promise cards for our 2026 missions support budget. Please be in prayer about how you will be involved in our missions support this coming year. Our mission’s budget is completely separate from our general fund, and all funds pledged on these faith promise cards will be used in their entirety to support missionaries and missions agencies around the world (including here in Spokane). Faith Promise cards are due by November 30th. Cards are available in the foyer. Turn cards into the donations box at the back of the Sanctuary. Thanks for your participation in supporting missions all around the world!

Operation Christmas Child: It’s that time of year again to start filling up your shoeboxes! Shoeboxes are due by November 22rd.  We have pre-printed OCC boxes available in the entryway if you’d like to pick some up.  The Youth Group is collecting donations of $30 if you would like them to put together a shoebox for you. Donations for that are due next Sunday. Please mark envelope or check with OCCYG.

Senior Luncheon: Please join us on November 16th after the service in the Fellowship Hall! We will be having soup, salad, and dessert. Bring a friend or someone who hasn't been able to attend. If you need a ride or more information, contact Lori Baxter at 509-496-3318. Lunch is on us

Missions Moment: Talo and Patty Vergara with their three young children, serving with GMI, continue to build up the Christian community in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The center of their ministries is at the Grace Bible Center. This is a school that teaches Christian Doctrine and Leadership preparing each student to become fully devoted to Christ and to lead many to Him. In addition to his duties at GBC, Talo is involved in helping the underprivileged, the non-Christians and homeless near their church. One day a month many receive food, clothing, medical assistance and they feel the love of God. Many are helped. Some are saved! Patty serves in the women’s ministry at “Jesuchristo Vive” church organizing activities, leading Bible studies, and visiting women. She home schools the boys, takes classes at GBC, and is working on a certificate focused on Women’s Ministry at another Bible school. All of the Vergara ministries require much sacrifice, pray for them and be thankful for them
